Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, or size issues across ALL categories. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

If manufacturing defect appears within 30 days of delivery under normal use, please contact us with your order number and clear photos.
Manufacturing defects include faulty clasps, loose stone settings, defective stitching, or other flaws in materials or workmanship.
We will review the evidence and may request additional photos or inspection if needed. Once confirmed, we will offer a full refund or free replacement, as appropriate. In most cases, you won't need to return the item.

Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, and natural variations in gemstones, crystals, or handmade items are not considered defects.

This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Natural Stones

Every natural stone is unique! Colors, shapes, patterns and natural inclusions may vary from sample photographs. We do our VERY best to represent our products accurately. Natural variations are not considered defects. 

Items specifically described as the exact piece pictured will be the piece you receive.

Refunds & International Orders

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties and import taxes. We can not be responsible for delays due to customs.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
